Investors
$10 trillion a year is spent on construction-related goods and services. Labor productivity in construction grew 1% a year over two decades (McKinsey, 2017).1
Acribion builds AI agents that read plans, estimate costs, prepare tenders, and show the source of every number. People decide. We start with Swiss architecture offices and build toward everyone who plans, builds, owns, and operates buildings.

Why this market
$10 trillion
spent on construction-related goods and services a year (McKinsey estimate, 2017).1
1% a year
labor-productivity growth in construction over two decades, against 2.8% for the world economy.1
8.5%
of 16,000+ large projects worldwide, across project types, finished on budget and on time.2
CHF 61 billion
construction investment in Switzerland in 2023. We start here, where shared standards (SIA phases, BKP, eBKP-H) make results comparable.3
39 hours of tendering for a CHF 2 million renovation. Excel lists, PDFs, emails, phone calls, all by hand. Shortly after, the client changes the floor plan. Much of the work: wasted.
Why now
Software can now read much of what the industry writes down.
Most of what decides a building’s cost is written down: in plans, specifications, and offers. Until recently, only people could read it, under deadline and rarely in full. Language models can now read much of it, and agents can work through it step by step, with a person approving each decision. That is the change we build on.
The path
One platform, built one block at a time.
